It has an independent entrance with access from a driveway gate and a steep downhill ramp that reaches the covered parking space (possibility of parking additional cars on the descent with exit only in reverse), from the parking space you can access the garden via a staircase of approximately 20 steps. The house is on two levels; on the raised ground floor there is a large living room with access to the veranda, kitchenette and bathroom; on the first floor, which is accessed by an open staircase, there are two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is private in the bedroom (the bathrooms are all without bidet). The property has a large garden with swing, a terrace overlooking the sea, and a side veranda with sofa, external sink and gas barbecue. It is a short distance from the sea and the services of the centre, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Castiglione della Pescaia. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient streets to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget, and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move around on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) . An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
