This luxurious NEW Villa is the perfect place for vacation, for up to 13 persons, with fully equipped 2 living room and 2 beautiful kitchen, large garden, private heated pool, BB facility and pizza oven, out door furniture, terraces, and everything you will need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends.
This new Luxury villa, has been planned and designed as a holiday home in a contemporary Tuscan style. Surrounded by greenery with spectacular countryside views, but only a 4-5 minute drive from the town center of Castel del Piano, where you will find all the amenities. You are invited to a unique vacation experience.
Great location of gentle hillsides clad with vineyards, olive groves, cypress, chestnut trees, dotted with Mediaeval villages, farmhouses and fortresses. You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the swimming pool, overlooking the beautiful Val d'Orcia. 3 km from the center of Castel del Piano with all the services, 30 km to Montalcino, 45 km to Marina di Grosseto. In 15 minutes driving you will reach Monte Amiata. Over there hiking trails, biking trails including rent service, ski site in winter time and rope park. In addition horse riding, wine testing in boutique wineries. In one hour driving; Siena, Grosetto beach and Alberese natural reserve. Castello Banfi 25 minutes, Montalcino the capital of brunello wines- 40 minutes. Hot spring Bagno Vignoni 40 minutes. We can recommend you where to dine
