The structure was born in 1925 when my grandfather let me build a first nucleus for living, in 1997 I acquired the property and in 1999 I restructured and expanded on the project of being undersigned as a professional architect in Foiano della Chiana, over the years I worked to improve it until now. Currently there are 2 completely independent terraced houses also for the driveway, one of which is inhabited by the owner and his wife and the other is available to tourists who have the exclusive of the garden and all the equipment such as swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna etc. the owners reserve the right to access the garden only for the essential maintenance operations such as irrigation, pool cleaning, etc.

The area of Foiano della Chiana is the ideal place for those who want to visit the art cities of Tuscany and Umbria being only 5 Km. From the Valdichiana exit of the A1 motorway and the highway Siena Perugia
