VILLA PRAESIDIUM with a private " splash pool " (8 x 3 x 0.90 m) is a a unique waterfront property, entirely renovated with all new bathrooms, sea view from most rooms and direct beach access. There are various terraces and balconies to relax and enjoy dazzling sea views. We offer house cleaning with change of bed and bath linen every 3 days; further we provide beach/pool towels that can be changed every 2 days. We also provide sun umbrellas and sun loungers to be brought to and from the beach every day. All other services like additional cleaning, a private chef, breakfast service, excursions, taxi transfer etc can be arranged upon request at additional charge.
I will meet you for check-in at the villa and provide all necessary information regarding the villa and its surroundings. For help and assistance, we have a cartaker on site, and I can be reached at any time.
