Villa Santa Chiara is a nineteenth-century residence on the western shore of Lake Maggiore between Meina and Lesa. The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the ground floor of the house, in front of the swimming pool, with lake view; it offers a beautiful living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, a large bedroom and a bathroom. The Villa faces south-east and the sun illuminates the residence from morning until late afternoon. In the park there are tall trees that guarantee pleasant shade and the typical plants of Lake Maggiore, camellias and rhododendrons that give visitors a colorful flowering in the month of May. The villa is located on the border between the municipalities of Lesa and Meina, about 10 minutes from Arona and 15 minutes from Stresa, the main urban centers in the area, and from the Borromean islands A few hundred meters away is the Lido di Meina with a large public swimming pool and an equipped beach for access to the lake. In Lesa, 5 minutes by car, there is a tennis club where you can play tennis, padel, five-a-side football and access the fitness area as well as the swimming pool. From the gate of the villa there is a small road that can be traveled on foot or by bicycle which leads to the center of Solcio and Lesa where there are restaurants, pizzerias and bars.

Halfway between Arona and Lesa, we are in a strategic position both to visit the Borromean islands and to visit the southern area of ​​the lake, Lake Orta and reach Milan.
