Villa Sereni is a large, modern, 3 bedroom villa situated on the Eastern bank of Lake Maggiore, with stunning views across the lake. Set in a quiet hamlet, this luxury holiday home sleeps 6-8 and is set over 3 floors. A couple of peacocks live in the nearby trees and are often spotted on the terrace! It is very family friendly and there are plenty of games and toys for the younger family members to enjoy. You enter the property on the ground floor where there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This leads out onto a teak decked terrace with stunning lake views. Up one flight of stairs, there are 2 bedrooms - one double room with private balcony with lake view and one twin bedroom with views to the countryside - as well as a modern family bathroom. Up another flight of stairs there is the fantastic master bedroom with kingsize bed. This has a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, his and her sinks and bath. There are two balconies on this floor, one with lake views and one with views to the hills. The property is fully equipped with all the mod cons guests could wish for including 3 flatscreen TVs, Blue Ray DVD player with DVD library and games console.

The property is situated in a quiet rural hamlet but is located within a 5 minute drive of the lakeside and only 3 miles north of the bustling lakeside town of Luino with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Less than 5 miles from the Swiss border, the villa also provides easy access to the Swiss towns of Lugano and Locarno. Lake Como is a one hour drive and trains run direct from Luino to Milan in an hour.
