The house is new, bright, clean and quite big (Area = 110 MQ). Free wifi internet is available. The garage is spacious, the garden is well-kept. There is also a car parking in the courtyard. Air conditioning is switched on during the summer months, while heating is activated in April and October, if necessary. The swimming pool is open from 1st Juny to 30th September.
