Property information

ONLY ADULTS. NO DOGS. Villa Summer is a splendid semi-detached villa surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is located few steps from the sea and it is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who love tranquility, nature and relaxation. It has two apartments, one consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, laundry room, three spacious and bright bedrooms with three private bathrooms with shower and all comforts. The second apartment has a large living room with full kitchen, habitable veranda with table and outdoor sitting area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. To complete the structure, there is a beautiful and well-kept garden and a porch with outdoor relax area.

Neighbourhood information

The village of Pittulongu is renowned for its beautiful beaches with services of bars and restaurants facing the sea and you can easily reach them on foot. It is served by markets, typical restaurants on the sea, bars with umbrellas and sunbeds and boat rental. You can also reach Olbia in few minutes by car. The area is really quiet and it is surrounded by greenery. It mainly is populated by vacationers who love relaxation and silence at night. The ideal area for those seeking peace.
