Villa Stauder is situated in the Castelli Romani Region (Alban Hills). Nearby is the town Genzano di Roma and two lakes "Lago di Albano" and "Lago di Nemi", nice for hiking and bathing. The Sea with sandy beaches is only 20 km away. You can easily visit Rome, Tivoli, Ostia Antica, the nice towns at the Sea and other ancient villages nearby. Villa Stauder is in a privat park with more than 200 olive trees, fruit plants and herbs. From the holiday house you have Sea view, with beautiful sunsets. You can play in the large garden and walk in the olive grove.
Villa Stauder is located in the countryside of Castelli Romani, near Rome. The center of Rome can be easily reached easily from the nearby train station Campoleone (large car park) with fast local trains in about 23 minutes. The two lakes for bathing "Lago di Albano" and "Lago di Nemi" are 5 km away. The Sea near Anzio with sandy beaches can be reached by car in about 35 minutes.
