Villa Tullio, Its a wonderful villa in Sicily, extended on one floor with private entrance and a large front terrace, a large garden with swimming pool and private tennis court. Accommodates up to 8 people and is composed as follows: • living room with sofa, fireplace and tv • equipped kitchen • Four double bedrooms • Two bathrooms with shower • laundry • garage • private tennis court • Private Pool • veranda The villa is equipped with a private entrance, parking and a relaxation area. At 4km from the sea, the house offer a wide panorama of Capo d’Orlando and the Aeolian Islands.

Neighbourhood information

Capo d’Orlando,is a beautiful seaside town in the province of Messina. Famous tourist Center and commercial district of the Nebrodi’s park. Home of artistic activities such as the Municipal Art Gallery, the Villa Piccolo Museum, the Bastione Castle and archaeological sites (such as the Bagnoli Baths) The Capo d’Orlando beach is a beautiful triangle of about 7km of golden sand that juts out into a crystal clear and transparent sea.
