Wonderful independent villa of 115 sqm, perfect for 4 people, located on the ground floor (stairs to access it) of an exclusive condominium with shared swimming pool. The accommodation is located in Cala di Volpe, one of the most famous locations for luxury tourism, boasting a private garden and an incredible sea view, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay!
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a splendid veranda.
Two parking spaces on site!
The independent villa of 115 sqm is located on the ground floor (stairs to access it) of a condominium with shared swimming pool.
There are steps inside. Please pay MORE ATTENTION if you are traveling with small children.
The internal space is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, desk, TV, dining table, split A/C, access to the veranda and private garden;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with two single beds pushed together, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the private bathroom and veranda;
- BATHROOM I (inside bedroom I) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the private bathroom and the internal patio;
- BATHROOM II (inside bedroom II) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and access to the internal patio;
- INTERNAL PATIO with a small table with chairs;
- COVERED VERANDA equipped with dining table, armchairs, deckchairs and sofa;
- Private garden;
- Shared POOL.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, split heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Cots and cots for children on request and subject to availability.
ATTENTION
Heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/C.
Please note that to access the condominium it is necessary to pass a driveway.

The house is located in Cala di Volpe, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, in the territory of Arzachena.
The inlet contains four splendid beaches: Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, Petra Bianca and Petra Niedda.
The heart of the bay is the tourist village which overlooks the sea thanks to a small port, an ideal landing place for various types of boats, especially large yachts.
From here you can leave for guided tours at sea or take advantage of the boat taxi service, deep sea fishing, boat rental, dinghies and jet skis.
The strategic position of the bay offers easy access to other famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda such as those of Principe, Romazzino, Li Ittricceddi, del Grande and Piccolo Pevero.
To best enjoy your stay we recommend traveling by car!
Six kilometers further north is Porto Cervo, the undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda. In summer it becomes an extraordinary and glittering parade of yachts, yachts and famous people. The seaside village was built around a natural inlet that resembles a deer. The port is home to the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, a prestigious club that organizes international sailing regattas.
