The ground floor houses a large living room with a study corner, ideal for relaxing or working, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious dishes inspired by Sicilian cuisine. The neighbourhood is very quiet, in the countryside. in 5 minutes with the car, you can go everywhere (beach, restaurants, supermarket, museum, etc...) It is advisable to hire a car to get around the area.
