Villaflair - Elba Beach Villa The villa is part of the Villaflair portfolio and can be booked directly on our website. Only about 5 minutes by car south of Capoliveri, on the south side of Elba, it offers the most beautiful sunsets on the island with its own private beach. The property fits harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape of pine forest and its own vineyard. The main house is divided on two levels into 6 bedrooms, each with it`s own bathroom, as well as a dependance directly on the sea and accomodates up to 12 guests.

Capoliveri Capoliveri is about 20 minutes by car south of Portoferraio and 10 minutes by car south of Porto Azzuro. The typical Elban Borgo with its numerous churches and the nearby beaches attracts mainly international tourists and offers its guests a large selection of restaurants and bars. The "Alimentari" have everything for daily needs. The most famous public beach in the area is "Morcone" with its crystal clear water. For all sports enthusiasts there is a bike park nearby, in Porto Azzuro you can rent motor boats or take part in diving excursions.
