Ville d’Ogliastra 1 is the original residence, opened in 2018, and today it is the “twin” of the brand-new Ville d’Ogliastra 2 (2023). Over the years, we have refined every detail, putting more than 25 years of hospitality experience into creating a place designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Public transport and taxis are not available outside the main cities (Cagliari, Sassari, Olbia).

It is not a place with hundreds of clubs, shopping malls, or endless nightlife. Instead, you will discover quiet seaside bars, small family-run restaurants, and the feeling of being part of a genuine Sardinian community. If what you’re looking for are nightclubs, luxury boutiques or Michelin-starred restaurants, then Cardedu is not the right destination. But if you value space, silence, authenticity and the raw beauty of Sardinia—this is exactly where you want to be.
