Italian house with pool and breathtaking lake view, located between 2 gorgeous hamlets, Pulciano and Cecina, and only 1.5km to the Toscolano Maderno promontory. This house has space for up to 11 people, and has a very authentic homy italian flavour to it given by the marvel grit floors, the wooden furniture and the old fireplace . The bathrooms have been renovated and AC was added to the upper level which is the hottest during the summer time. It shares a 10 acre olive grove with other 2 villas also available for rent.
Oltre all'architetturai mi dedico al property management. Aiuto ai proprietari a gestire le loro prenotazioni e do consigli su come meglio presentare la propria casa. Ascolto anche i consigli degli ospiti. Amo viaggiare, mangiare, fare sport e fare nuove conoscenze. Lourdes and her coworkers will be available for any information.
These 2 villas are located in a 2km above the Toscolano Maderno promontory between 2 gorgeous hamlets Pulciano and Cecina. Both are walking distance from the houses. Pulciano has a new activity Bar/Restaurant Halleluya opening on 2024 and a nice stairway path going to the downtown, Cecina has 3 restaurants also walking distance, a small grocery store and a very pretty church. After the church come the storical Golf course. The nearest beach is Kyma in Toscolano close to the San Pietro Paolo church and the Roman Ruins. All the area offers tranquility and numerous walkings paths with astounding views of the lake and the mountains. Walking is possible but a car is highly recommendable. Bicycles are fantastic!
