It has an independent entrance, garden and veranda where you can eat outside.
The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen and living area with sofa bed. It has air conditioning in all rooms, 50-inch TV, washing machine, barbecue and outdoor shower.
It is located a few minutes walk from the center where you can walk, visit shops or have a good aperitif in one of the bars on the street. The beautiful beaches of Villasimius are a few km away.
