The house on two levels, is located in a newly built complex, surrounded by a garden with private parking. It is characterized by various terraces overlooking the sea. The nearest beach is 500 meters is the cove of Porto Ainu, famous for its crystal clear water. From the house are within easy reach supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies and numerous other beaches.
