Cozy house situated in Vignola Mare, in a beautiful country estate, only 100 meters from the beach of Vignola. The apartment can hold up to 4 people and it’s composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed; a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. Villetta Fantasia is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito nets. The outdoor areas can be used to have meals in the open air . A barbecue, an outdoor shower and private parking are also available. Villetta Fantasia is located near Villetta Meraviglia (6 beds): the 2 houses have separate entrance and their own privacy. They can be rented both together for a total of 10 beds. Rules: - MANDATORY MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX EUR 2.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER, FOR THE FIRST 10 NIGHTS, TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION ON BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. - Bedsheets and towels can be rented on request for EUR 20 per person to pay at the check-in. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. - During their stay, guests will have to carry out separate waste collection by correctly separating waste. We ask our guests kindly before departure to leave the house tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery clean, the fridge empty and the garbage thrown into the appropriate containers. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - One small size dog only is allowed on request, not other animals. When travelling with dog, please note that an extra charge of EUR 30, per stay applies. - Crib and baby high chair subject to availability

Vignola Mare is the hamlet of Aglientu town that in summer season welcomes several tourists thanks to its beautiful beach. The holiday house is located in a strategic position to avoid using your car during your stay: only 100 m from the sea, near bars, restaurant and supermarket (300 m). For its comfortability it’s recommended to guests of all ages. The nearest centres are Aglientu (10 km) and Santa Teresa Gallura (20 km).
