Lovely cottage of about 50 square meters with a splendid and gigantic private fenced garden of about 900 square meters. Private parking inside the property. The cottage, furnished in the traditional rustic Tuscan style, has a covered patio inside the garden equipped with chairs and a table for eating outside in the Tuscan countryside. There is a brick barbecue and laundry area with washing machine. Inside we find: kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dining table for 4 people. Living room with sofa bed consisting of two single beds and fireplace. TV and bookcase. The cottage is completed by a double bedroom with a splendid view of the garden and air conditioning (only in the bedroom) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The price includes final cleaning, consumption of water, gas and electricity, air conditioning ( only in the bedroom) and private parking space .

Neighbourhood information

Very good position, we are in the middle of Tuscan nature, immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape. Greenery, Greenery and Greenery... This is the perfect destination for all those looking for relax and peace. At the same time, the sea is not far, only ten minutes by car . The nearest village, San Pietro in Palazzi, with all the services, is reachable in only 5 minutes by car.
