A villa near the sea with two bedrooms, a living room from which you can see the beautiful Sardinian sea and a garden where you can relax in moments of relaxation. Private parking space.
The house is located in a very quiet complex 10 km from Cagliari and 20 from villasimius, with a beautiful sea that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and a few minutes from the beaches of Solanas, Mare Pinatu, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, 10 minutes there is the Diverland water park and 5 minutes from the marina of marina di capitana
