Easily accessible by plane or ferry, the house is located 21 km south of Olbia, near the most beautiful and famous beaches of Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and a step away from the beautiful Cala delle Vacche; 14 km from San Teodoro and 5 from Porto San Paolo. A step away from there also the beautiful Gulf of Orosei and the beaches of Budoni. Nearby is also the renowned golf course of Puntaldia. Equipped with photovoltaic system, air conditioning and ceramic hob, the structure is high energy class and independent from gas. It has a private outdoor parking space. The large veranda with a view and the hanging garden will welcome you on arrival. The comfortable rooms, wi-fi, flat screen TV and the courtyard behind will make your stay unforgettable.
For Padel lovers it will be a pleasure to know that in Monte Petrosu there is a dedicated center. In addition, many paths for jogging passing through hills and beaches
