Casa di 70 metri quadrati in prima fila sullo stagno di Notteri e sulla splendida spiaggia di Porto Giunco (600m). Soggiorno con cucina americana attrezzata, una stanza matrimoniale, una seconda stanza da letto con due letti singoli, due bagni con doccia. Aria condizionata, TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, mobili da giardino, forno esterno per barbecue. Giardino e posteggio privato. Prenotazioni: tre giorni minimo (settimana minimo per Luglio ed Agosto). Possibilita' d' affittare la casa a fianco, che e' piu' grande (quattro stanze da letto) ed ha una piscina privata.
A gardener/caretaker will visit the house on a weekly basis. A cleaning lady can be provided during your stay.
The house is part of a group of villas situated around the Notteri lagoon, surrounded by a lush Mediterranean nature. The Villasimius Marina is 700 meters away, giving access to a local supermarket and to a couple of restaurants. A golf course is only 1 km away. The distance to the center of Villasimius villlage is 3 km. A car (or a bicycle) is recommended.
