Characteristic barn 100 sq. m. holding up to 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Completely independent and fenced, the property has a private, furnished garden, a private swimming pool suited to children (3 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.6 metres, open from 11/5 to 30/9 in the season 2024), a gazebo, barbecue and WiFi. Private parking for 2 or more cars just outside the gate to the property. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to the living area, made up of a living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, dining area with satellite TV and cooking corner (fully-equipped), created from a small opening which is well illuminated by a large window. The ground floor also has a bedroom with two beds. On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The main road leads to the property via 700 metres of gravel road, not suitable for low cars or minivans. The gardener works at the house every Wednesday and Saturday.
