- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Il check in avverra' WELCOME POINT in via silvio pellico 23 - Lecce (presso Lupiae Vacanze) - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE REQUIRED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations. - First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Possible exchange on request at the price of euro 20 per person. - In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the living room.
