Violetta Nellie is a family villa gracefully nestled in the typical Sardinian vegetation known as "Macchia Mediterranea" (Mediterranean scrub). In fact, this villa is located between the turquoise sea and the rocks of Costa Paradiso. The main feature of this property is undoubtedly the veranda with a panoramic view of the sea of Costa Paradiso, the green hills and its warm-toned rocks. The veranda allows you to wake up in the morning with a breathtaking view that will give you the energy to go and explore this beautiful seaside resort, it will give you the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the open air or directly relax as you prefer. Villa Violetta Nellie even has a shared swimming pool with panoramic view. This holiday house has got also a parking space. Villa Violetta Nellie is composed by a living area where there is a practical and modern kitchen which overlooks the sea. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea of Costa Paradiso. The shared pool, integrated into the landscape and the rocks, has two different depths which let the villa very suitable for families with children. Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and the approval of other neighbours. The city tax is not included in the rental price. It must be paid on-site in cash, in accordance with municipal regulations. Please note: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

The characteristic sandy beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi beach, can be reached in a few minutes by car, but other dream beaches such as Cala Sarraina or La Marinedda at Isola Rossa are nearby. During the summer season it is possible to find in the village supermarkets, restaurants and bars, other small shops and a pharmacy. Located in the residential complex of Costa Paradiso, Villa Violetta Nellie is not far from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Capo Testa and other towns such as Valledoria, Castelsardo, Trinità d'Agultu and Badesi, all easily reachable by car. In the inside part of this region, you can visit the area of "Gallura" and some peculiar villages like Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania and the picturesque Aggius with its famous "Valle della Luna".
