This gated community sits in the hills of Gittana in Perledo, just three miles north of Varenna. You'll be able to walk to Il Caminetta for a delicious meal or a cooking lesson at one of the most renowned restaurants in the area. This townhouse is also close to the famous Sentiero del Viandante hiking trail that winds through nearby woodlands and olive groves, and a short and scenic ferry ride from Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna.
