The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The first floor apartment is located inside the newly built Wave Island residence, located in a quiet area, near Piazza Milano, where there is a splendid swimming pool and reserved internal parking space. The residence offers sun loungers and bicycles. Access to the beach is approximately 550 meters. The accommodation has a double bedroom with the addition of a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. Maximum capacity of 6 people. In the bedrooms there are lamps with USB output and wireless charging for your devices. The kitchen is equipped, there are also the following appliances: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, hob, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), kettle. There is also an Android TV (which can be connected to your devices). The terrace overlooks the swimming pool, protected by large curtains, and is set up with sofas, a coffee table and a folding table for dining outside. The apartment is completed by an air conditioning system (hot and cold) and in the small terrace behind it there is a washing machine and relative clothesline. Vacuum cleaner, telephone, iron with relative ironing board are available. Pets allowed on request. Private parking included. Tourist tax 1 euro per day per person to be paid at check in for a maximum of 10 nights, electricity and water included, bed linen and towels 60 euros per stay on request.
