The apartment is located on the first floor inside the Wave Island residence, a newly built facility equipped with a splendid swimming pool with sun loungers and private parking space.  It is located about 650 mt far from the sea, in a quiet area close to Piazza Milano. The property has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and in the living room a double sofa bed is available to use. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, iron and ironing board.  One parking space is reserved. Family friendly residence. Parties/events are not allowed. BED LINEN AND TOWELS: EUR 70,00 per stay, on request with at least 48 hours notice.
