The White Luxury are two recently renovated ground floor apartments located in a very central position in Monopoli, just 500mt from the main square and 900mt from the historic center. Appartamento Ataraxia can comfortably accommodate 4 people and it is equipped with central air conditioning and WiFi.
The entrance to Appartamento Ataraxia is located on the left. We find a living area with a sofa and an equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with chairs. On the right there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A door on the left, instead, gives access to the second bedroom with two single beds. The room has an ensuite toilet.
At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1 per day for each person over 12.
Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30, after that time 50 subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
