Wonderful villa with swimming pool near the sea. In a typical Maremma rural centre surrounded by greenery with fenced garden (small children and pets will not be bale to get out), olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable and cool in summer all on one level, 10 minutes by bike from the famous Ultima Spiaggia beach and 15 minutes from the charming village of Capalbio
I love the idea that my hosts can enjoy the house as much as I do ! Dogs welcome, graden is fenced with wire mesh (small children and pets will not be bale to get out)
