Quiet space, 8 meters from Lake Maggiore where you will discover the richness and magnificence of one of the largest lakes in Italy. You can easily park at the parking space for the exclusive use of guests located below the apartment. Comfortable two-room apartment consisting of double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and open plan kitchen-room equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable two-room apartment with double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and balcony. Bicycle free of charge available. BEDROOM Soft mattress 160x190, choice between soft cushion (memory) or harder (ergonomic). Summer, winter duvet and cotton sheets. Dedicated air conditioner and usb sockets above the bedside table. Television 42" and blackout curtains. LIVING ROOM Sofa bed with 16 cm mattress, 58" TV with Amazon Prime, voice assistant useful to be able to put the music you like, fun console Wii with which to entertain. Dedicated air conditioner. KITCHEN Equipped with all comforts: kettle, nespresso machine, microwave, cutlery, dishes, glasses and cooking equipment. 4 seater dining table and dishwasher.
