Cozy apartment of 45 sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is in a strategic position, just 4 km from the heart of Udine, well served by public transport and at the entrance to the ring road to reach the motorway link towards Trieste-Venice and Tarvisio- Austria.
The City of Udine Polyclinic is just a 3-minute drive away.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (stove with gas cylinder, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils), sofa bed (140x170 cm), dining table, TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with valves, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
