Cozy 57 sqm apartment in Ravascletto, ideal for up to 4 guests. Equipped with a convenient included parking space, the accommodation combines functionality and comfort. Nestled in the Carnic Alps, Ravascletto offers a charming mountain backdrop and a variety of outdoor activities, perfect for both summer and winter. The apartment, in an ideal location, is perfect for exploring the local landscape, from hiking to relaxing moments in nature.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor - please note there is a step to reach the front door of the building.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, Moka pot and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, sofa, and access to the outdoor space;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with 3 single beds (one pull-out and one accessible via steps), wardrobe, and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, clothes rack, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Availability of a covered parking space reserved for guests - number 2.
PLEASE NOTE: NO WIFI.
There is a step to access the bathroom.
The single bed in bedroom II, to be reached with a ladder, does NOT have sides.
The fireplace is NOT usable.
Entering the building with ski boots is not allowed.
