Self-Checking Process:

The code for the lock is 2 4 2 4 5 and then press padlock button. It is not button 12, it is button that represents number 1 and also number 2. For example, alternative code is 1 3 1 3 6. & press padlock button. Please don't forget to close the door by pressing padlock button when leaving. Let the manager on duty know if any problems of if lock makes low battery sound. Please let us know if any concerns or low battery warning is given.

Force majeure: Office at the Seawind has a key for the apartment. You will need to present your ID and copy of your booking to get the same, only accessible during business hours (0900-1600). Please don't forget to return it, otherwise the fee is USD 15. Our check-in time is 3 pm or after.

Please tell security at the gate that you are going to apartment A103. It is the most right building when facing the property from the security gate. Please go around it, it is second apartment from inside of the building, you are a look for first door apartment marked A103. Please give immigration the following address when you arrive: #A103 Seawind on The bay, Freeport, Montego Bay, St James. If you are taking a public transportation, please take a route taxi to downtown and then change to another route taxi that goes to Freeport and ask a driver to drop you at Seawind on the Bay (it is USD 1 per person and USD 1 per bag per each hop, two total). Alternatively you can take a private taxi to Freeport. It will be around USD 40-50.
