The quiet Bedouin camp is located next to Um Sabattah, the most famous place in the area to see the sunset, a 9KM into the desert from Rum Village. The peaceful, beautiful setting is the perfect base for your visit to Wadi Rum. The comfortable social tents include a fire to spend the evening in together with other guests. The tents for sleeping in are equipped with beds, mattresses and blankets. The property arranges Jeep tours, hiking and camel tours. A great place for the adventurous and /or those just wanting a quiet getaway. The property can provide dinner and lunch on request. All meals are authentic Bedouin fare. The nearest airport is Aqaba Airport and the second closest is the King Hussein Airport in Amman.

    「オーナーをはじめスタッフは皆親切で、部屋もとてもきれいで季節的に朝晩は凍える寒さでしたがキャンプとしては快適でした。寒すぎてシャワーは浴びてないのでお湯が出たかはわかりませんが、洗面台の蛇口は冷たい水しか出なかったです。 そしてご飯がすべて美味しかったです。ネットもつながりませんが、キャンプとして考えれば静かで景色も最高な場所です。」

My favorite thing to do is to go to the desert in the afternoon with my family, make some tea on the fire and enjoy the views. Oh and sharing our beautiful desert with our guests of course.

My name is Suleiman Mohamed Al-Blui. I offer guided tours where you get to experience the beauty of the desert. The stunning sunset, sunrise and the amazing starry sky. Our guests can enjoy an overnight in the camp, sit around the fire at night, enjoy a delicious Bedouin dinner at night and the healthy local breakfast in the morning. Our camp also offers many other activities and adventures, such as hiking, camel riding, mountain climbing and sand boarding! Ahlan wa Sahlan!

Wadi Rum is a UNESCO world heritage site in the South of Jordan. Our desert home has featured in modern movies such as Transformers and Prometheus as well as Classics such as Lawrence of Arabia. Really only in the last 30 years we have begun to live in the village so our culture remains very strong and our traditional nomadic life well within living memory. Most families still spend months at a time in the desert with their flocks.
