In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.

A free shuttle between Arima Onsen Station and the property is available upon request. Please call the property directly upon arrival at Arima Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation email.

Please note that different rates are applicable to children 3-6 years and 7-12. Please contact the property for more details. Guests should notify the property their preference of child meal or same meal as adult.

Guests are asked to make a reservation in advance if they wish to have dinner at the in-house restaurant.

Please note that the restaurant is expected to be crowded on days before holidays and other busy days, and the accommodation may not be able to seat guests at their preferred table.

A seasonal outdoor pool is open from 18 July to 30 August 2025.

宿泊施設で夕食をとる場合、19:00:00までにチェックインする必要があります。指定の時間以降に到着した場合、夕食を提供できない可能性があります（返金不可）。
