This is a property with excellent access to the coveted Minato-ku area! This is a newly built property in February 2023, and we have stylish and beautiful 2LDK rooms available. You can relax in an area where you can feel the city as much as you want. The property is fully furnished with furniture, appliances, Wi-Fi, auto-lock and security cameras for your peace of mind! *This listing has a basement floor. As a result, humidity tends to build up more easily than on ground floors. We strive to clean and ventilate the property regularly, but we ask for your understanding if you are sensitive to humidity or smells. *For room 501, please use the elevator to go up to the 4th floor, and from the 4th floor to the 5th floor, use the stairs. ■If additional cleaning work is required during your stay or after you move out, we may charge you a handling fee. In principle, the basic cleaning fee of 3,300yen will be charged, but this fee may vary depending on the contents.

There are many stations within walking distance, and multiple train lines are available, so access to major spots in Tokyo outside of Akasaka is excellent!
