Just a few steps from the beach, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3LDK villa accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, or those seeking a peaceful getaway. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from every room, including the living room and bathroom. The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, and essential appliances—perfect for both short and long stays. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Important Notes: This is a self-check-in property with no on-site staff. Check-in instructions will be sent 3 days prior to your stay. No housekeeping during your stay (cleaning is provided once a week for extended stays). Smoking, BBQs, and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the villa. Please note that any significant damage, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.
