A clean, newly renovated and beautiful Apartment which has 4 large bedroom, 2 large living dining room, full sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toirets etc... equipped with almost everything you need! Ideal for large groups/Family! Only 2 min to the Sta. and DIRECT access from Haneda airport (1h) and by Narita airport (1h) ! Our place is in quiet neighbourhood so you can relax after your exploring day. Home WI-FI/NETFLIX/Youtube is provided! Due to my main work, it depends on my schedule, but if we can arrange our schedule I'm happy to have a coffee or drinking! Of course we provide 24/7 message/phone support for any urgent inquiry/trouble, so please do not worry about that!

The apartment is 2 minutes from Aoto station on foot. It is very convenient to come from both Narita and Haneda Airport. （about 1h from Haneda and Narita by train.) It's perfect for up to 35 adults (Please ask us if you want to stay more). The house is best for a large group or family. 【↓↓↓Please Note These Before You Book↓↓↓】 ･=====WARNING===== If you leave something you want us to send you after you check out, it costs 3000JPY + postage fee because we need to assign a person to deal with it. Please understand and be careful. ･Check-out time is 11am. Please make sure to check-out on time as cleaner will arrive soon and sometimes other guests will check-in on the same day. Neighbourhood information

Keisei Hikifune station is in Sumida Ward. (*be careful not to get the wrong Hikifune on the Toubu line.) It is the great location to access to tourist site in Tokyo and outskirt of Tokyo too. The closest exit is at the East Ticket Gate. It is a good location, just 3 minutes on foot from the station to the house. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the station, that is super useful during your stay.
