Hello everyone, welcome to my homestay in Tokyo. I love traveling too and I hope your trip to Tokyo will be a wonderful memory.

Property information

First floor: Bedroom with two double beds (1400x2000) and one bathroom, which can accommodate 4 people. Second floor: Living room, kitchen, one bathroom, one shower room, and one tatami bedroom with one single bed (1000x2000), which can accommodate 2 people. The dining table can seat around 12 people. Third floor: Two bedrooms, each with two double beds (1200x2000), which can accommodate 4 people maximum. There is also a balcony for drying clothes. Facilities in each room include air conditioning, heating, and a desk lamp. Kitchen facilities include a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, gas stove, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies. Bathroom facilities include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, iron, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Additional amenities include a children's high chair and wireless WiFi. ★It's only a 7-minute walk to JR Sobu Line Shin-Koiwa station. ★It's very convenient to go anywhere from Shin-Koiwa using the JR Pass.

The homestay is located in a residential area, but just outside of the neighborhood is a bustling commercial street full of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other amenities, making life very convenient.
