宿は山梨県が管理する広大な保安林内にあり、１年の約半分は ゲートが閉まります。関係者以外入れない時期はゲートを開け 1日1組のお客様を通年営業でお迎えしています。
1979年山梨生まれ｜高校卒業後→クラブＤＪを目指し東京→カナダ留学→帰国後クラブDJ以外に演劇・ファッションショーの音楽監督・美術館でのパフォーマンス活動。2010年TV番組の出演オファーをもらい撮影中、目指していた「音楽で食べていく夢」をあきらめる。その後、実家の宿（山中湖）を継ぎ運営、業績も順調であったが諸事情で2018年末閉店→現在の宿を2020年再開業、唯一無二の大自然とともに私、妻、息子の３人でお客様をお迎えしています。宿泊体験もエンタメと捉えており、DJと宿では接客業歴、通算26年目に突入しました。
