“房間非常整潔且應有盡有，空間也比一般的飯店還要多上許多但價格卻非常划算，且離札幌車站只有短短路程，有簡易廚房可提供下廚，房間內有洗衣機非常方便，此住宿方式採無人管理式，無寄放行李的服務，由於我們五天四夜的途中去登別住一天溫泉旅館，跟房東協商後願意留同一間房間給我們這樣就不需要收拾行李大包小包的帶去登別，可以輕裝過去再回來住，房東人非常好! 若還有機會來札幌也會選此間住宿!”
