I fully support your Tokyo Stay! - Very quiet and comfortable location which also close to center and major places in Tokyo - 120 sqm with 2 floors. Up to 6 people accomodation - 3 min walk to nearest metro/6 min to Shibuya/20 min to Shinjuku and Roppongi/25 min to Ginza/35 min to Uenoi - 3 min walk to restaurants, cafe, and 24 hours shops - Free Unlimited WiFi - AC/Floor heating/Gas heater: very warm during winter (Japanese house or apartment are relatively cold due to luck of central heating system) <Location> - 3 min walk to Metro Station (Komazawa Daigaku) - 5 min walk to Komazawa Olympic Park (one of the largest park in Tokyo) <BEDROOM> 1. Master Bedroom: One King Size Bed (200 cm Width) 2. Japanese Style room: Two Single Size Futons 3. Den room: One Full Size Mattress (can add one more if you need) 4. Living room: One Sofa Bed <HOUSE RULE> - No Party - No Pets - No Fire activity
I used to live in US more than 10 years. I am bilingual of English and Japanese.
My house is located at very luxury and quiet reseidence area in TOKYO. It is super clean and nice area. Shinjuku/Shibuya/Roppongi are commercial area and pretty noisy until early morning. If you like to stay in quiet and luxury area PLUS (convenient location) in TOKYO, my house is one of the best option for you !!!
