Company information
We are MIA and LEI — passionate travelers and dedicated vacation rental hosts. Since 2004, we’ve journeyed across more than 50 countries around the world. Through our many years of travel, we’ve come to understand deeply that a place to stay is not just for rest — it's the beginning of a meaningful and memorable journey.
In 2022, we made Tokyo our home, and in 2025, we founded our company specializing in the legal management and operation of vacation rentals across Japan. Today, we proudly manage 7 fully licensed, independent properties, offering warm, safe, and reliable accommodation for travelers from all around the world.
Each of our homes is legally registered, thoughtfully designed, and carefully maintained to ensure a comfortable, safe, and compliant stay. We also offer transparent, efficient, and trustworthy full-service property management for homeowners.
With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both Japanese culture and the needs of international guests, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming travelers from all corners of the globe — and we’re honored to have received consistently excellent reviews and feedback.
We truly believe that a great journey begins with a welcoming home.
Whether you're visiting Tokyo for the first time or returning for a new adventure,
we look forward to welcoming you with comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality.
