Located approximately 4 minutes on foot from JR Saikyo Line KitaAkabane Station, with easy access to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Situated in a very quiet residential area, there are large supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores in the vicinity, ensuring that all essential items are readily available. With many local residents around, you can truly enjoy the local flavors.

In the vicinity, there are three large supermarkets, making shopping convenient. Additionally, there are several convenience stores and restaurants. Near the Arakawa River, there are places to stroll along the riverside, providing a refreshing experience. It takes about 4 minutes on foot to reach Kita-Akabane Station on the JR Saikyo Line. There are two paid parking lots right next to the apartment, making it very convenient for those coming by car.
