“員工很親切，還沒到check in 時間，但有地方先讓我們換上雪衣直接去雪場，飯店也可以幫忙接送到雪場，雖然我們沒使用到，但還是覺得有這項服務蠻貼心的。 餐點很美味，而且份量很足夠，每餐都吃超飽，還有提供餐後咖啡很棒。 住宿點離雪場很近，我們去了舞子雪場跟石打丸山雪場，最後要還租借雪具可以直接請飯店歸還很方便。”
