Every December is called Kanna-zuki all over Japan, but only Izumo is called Kamiari-tsuki. This is because it is said that gods from all over the country gather in Izumo at this time of year. And all gods gathering from all over the country come to Izumo from the beach of Inasa in front of the house. Many Shinto rituals are held at Izumo Taisha Shrine and the surrounding area, and very important Shinto rituals are held at Inasa Beach.
