A staff member is staying in the staff's area on the 1F, and the 1F bathroom & lavatory and its access line are shared with the staff. ※The staff’s area on 1F is separate from the guest area. ※Partially shared on 1F: Bathroom & lavatory and its leading line. ※There is a shower room only on 2F ※No elevator ※Information is available in Japanese and English. ・It is a two-story house. ・1 bedroom 1st floor: 56㎡ living kitchen space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a DeLonghi coffee machine, cold barley 　tea, and tea bags with teas from around the world to enjoy the atmosphere of a private cafe. The room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and can be connected to up to 20 PCs at once, a 55-inch TV with HDMI-compatible equipment for watching movies, and Bluetooth connectivity for powerful sound from the in-room ceiling speakers. There is also a shared bathroom with a jetted tub and lavatory. ※Staff will pass through between the staff room to bathroom and lavatory. 2nd floor: 46㎡ a shower room, lavatory, and private lockable bedroom. ※All 2F area is guest private area including shower room and lavatory. ●SIZE 102㎡ ●BEDDING 2F Bedroom: 2 single bed, 2 single Futon set. ●ACCOMMODATES Up to 4 guests ●Parking Free parking is available for 5 cars. (between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM) Please note that children aged 6 and under who share a bed with their parents are not eligible for the breakfast service. Tateishi Park, which commands a panoramic view of the lake, is a 15-minute drive away. ・Famous sightseeing spots such as Kirigamine Plateau, Tateshina Plateau, Kurumayama Plateau, and Kamikochi are all within a 30-minute drive. ・Okaya, the site of the movie “Ah, Nomugi Touge,” is a 2-minute drive from the Kamaguchi Water Gate. ・Fishing for crucian carp, carp, and wakasagi (smelt) is popular throughout the year in Lake Suwa. Fishing licenses are available at fishing tackle shops nearby.
