Provide copy of Government issued Identification Card or Passport. 2: No more than seven guests are permitted to stay at the property at any time. 3: No form of open flame is allowed including smoking of cigars, Shisha or vaping , e-cigarettes, lighting of candles, burning of incense . 4: Fireworks are prohibited on the Airbnb home. 5: No Eating and drinking in bedrooms . 6: Guests are expected to supervise children at all times during their stay at the home. Please ensure no use of permanent makers on furniture, sofas/couch, walls , or beds. 7: Trash Pick Up is Every Thursday morning. Please put trash in bag or bags and place it outside front gate for pick up . TAKE OUT TRASH EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING. 8: Guests are expected to treat the home and its furnishings with care. Any damages , stains , or issues caused during your stay must be reported immediately to property manager. 9: Damage policy Guests are responsible for damages to the home that are beyond normal wear and tear.
