Cozy apartment in the city center with a standard classic renovation and all amenities for living. The location of the apartment is very convenient for all routes.

Neighbourhood information

The complex is located seven hundred meters from the City Hall and five hundred meters from the White House near the intersection of Togolok Moldo and Sydykov streets. The area is perfect for permanent residence. Nearby there is everything that a city dweller may need. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, there is a place for walking and recreation nearby. Near the new building there is a republican hospital, a large shopping center, many cafes, beauty salons and branches of various banks. Nearby there is a business center, cinema "Russia". There are several educational institutions nearby. So, to the professional lyceum No. 98 less than five hundred meters, there are gymnasiums No. 13 and No. 70 nearby. Transport accessibility A bus stop is located two minutes walk from the complex, on Togoloka Moldo Street. There are six routes connecting microdistricts with other parts of the city.
